Our Pricing: We only offer our media server loading services through a direct relationship with custom installers. We don’t publicize our pricing, so you can set your own retail pricing. Call us for our media server pricing at 650-213-9300.

Contracts: We ask that the dealer or home installer sign a one time agreement and that for each subsequent transaction that the home installer also get a Customer Warranty Card signed. The customer warranty is to ensure that no copyright laws are violated.

Step 1: Call us at 650-213-9300 or contact us online. We can discuss your customer’s requirements, your needs and how we can help. We can answer technical questions as well. If you are new to working with ReadyToPlay, we will also set you up as a customer.

Step 2: After you fax us the agreement and order form to us at 650-213-9301, you will ship us your client’s CDs and media server or removable drives.

Step 3: We will convert your customer’s CD collection to digital format and load the media server and removable drives. We generally can turn around the order in 1-2 days but should the collection be quite large (1000+ CDs) we will contact you to set expectations for delivery.

Step 4: We ship the media server or removable drives and you client’s CDs back to you. We insure each shipment and will notify you with the UPS tracking number on the day of shipment.
